Zusammenfassung: | <正> The transferring of the property of high protein content and the other good hereditary features from wild soybesn to cultivated soybean has aroused wide interests in genetic manipulation and breeding. It is important to know the changes of storage protein in the evolutionary process from wild species to cultivated one. The great majority of seed protein is globulin. Three kinds of globulins were isolated from the seeds of wild, semi-wild and cultivated soybeans separately according to Appu Rao and Narasinga Rao with the sedimentation by Mg++ and different saturations of (NH4)2SO4. By means of measuring the sedimentation coefficient and |
