Zusammenfassung:<正> Human lymphocyte transformation is concerned in immunity function. Recently, measurement of lymphocyte transformation by the ~3H-Tdrincorporated method has been reported. This method is simpler, more sensitive and more effective than others, and many samples can be determined at the same time. The method is based on the consideration that the physicochemical quality and incorporated biological great molecular behaviour of ~3H-TdR and ~1H-TdR are regarded as similar.
