Zusammenfassung: | <正> Dang-gui is one of the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs. Analysis of its ingredients is very important to the study of its pharmacological mechanism. Research reports on this subject have appeared in literature since 1924. From Min-Dang, a species collected from Min District of Gansu Province and identified as Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels, we have isolated and identified 53 constituents in its essential oil by capillary GC/MS and 34 compounds (including 16 aminoacids by aminoacid analyzer) in its non-vola-tile fraction, most of which have not been found in Min-Dang before. In present communication, the elucidation of the structure of a new ingredient arbitrarily named as angelicide will be reported briefly. |
