Ginseng saponin Rbl enhances hematopoietic function and dendritic cells differentiation

Ginsenoside Rbl （GRbl） is the main active ingrediem of the trad- itional Chinese medicine ginseng and exhibits broad pharmaceutical activities. GRbl can significantly stimulate haematopoietic function and enhance T lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation [1,2]. Shengxueling capsules, in which the main ingredient is GRbl, have positive effects on the treatment of severe aplastic anemia （AA） [3,4], but the mechanism remains unknown. Tu et al.
