The Research on Transfer Employment of Rural Surplus Labor Forcein the Process of the New-type Urbanization

In this paper,it is discussed and researched on the transfer employment issues of rural surplus labor force in the process of the new-type urbanization construction penetratingly.Facing the transfer employment problems of rural surplus labor force encountered in the process of urbanization construction in China,it is pointed out that the fundamental way to solve the transfer employment problems ofrural surplus labor force effectively is that the new-type urbanization construction is promoted steadily with the coordinated development of urbanization,industrialization,agricultural modernization,and the basic guarantee to solve the transfer employment problems of rural surplus labor force is that the supporting policies and measures of urbanization are launched and improved gradually in the coordinated development.
