The modem world is composed of multiple ethnic groups and the ethnic issue in the broad sense is a common challenge for all the countries. No country in the modem world can claim that it has effectively or successfully found a solution to the issue. China has not copied the ＂Soviet Union＂ model in tackling the ethnic issue, which is unique localities of the country. When drawing and complicated and has long faced almost all the lessons of other countries to solve its own ethnic problems, China must take into consideration its realities. It should stick to and improve its system of regional ethnic autonomy, improve governance and seriously implement its ethnic policies.
