Zusammenfassung: | Specialties such as lightness, low noise, resistance to magnetic fields, absorbing pulses and vibrations, resistance to corrosion and self lubrication have drawn attention of scientists to research the usage of these plastic gears in industry. In this experience, 30% fiber glass reinforced PA 66 (PA 66 GFR 30) had made couple with both PA 66 fiber reinforced gear and AISI 8620 gear to examine the usage of PA 66 GFR 30 as a gear material, the load capacity at 750 rpm under different loads and the damage occurrence. After this study, tooth surface temperature, corrosion depths of the tooth profile, tooth damages and tooth surfaces were examined under SEM microscope and tooth damage occurrence researched extensively. |
