Zusammenfassung: | In this article is described some of the progress in recent years on the non destructive testing techniques based on the acoustic impedance for evaluation of processes, quality and samples attributes, among other aspects. Additionally, it is addressed the Peniel method which was developed to identify materials based on the acoustic impedance of the inspected sample. The authors created this method for the implementation in robots of the ultrasonic identification of materials, which was partially achieved by the implementation of the method in the robotic platform TEAC2H-RI. Some experiments were performed on aluminium, acrylic and glass samples given promising results for the automation of this process. |
