Zusammenfassung: | Objective This study aims at establishing a standardized swine model with equal infarct size and equal heart function that theoretically decreases the ligating LAD at the equal coronary blood flow rate position. Methods The whole length of left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) in 27 Chinese mini-pigs were dis- sected and the blood flow rate was recorded by an electro-magnetic blood flowmeter. In the experimental group (n=12) the blood flow rate at the ligation point was of (25.06±2.50)m1/min [approximately 1/4 of LAD main stem flow rate, (76.00±16.77)ml/min]. The LAD was clamped reversibly for 30-50 minutes for ischemic precon- ditioning, then ligate LAD permanently. The AMI animal model has been established. In the control group (n= 15), a soft thread was pulled from the original point of LAD to its end, determined to be the mid-inferior at the 1/3 point, and underwent the same procedures as described in the experimental group. Artery and left ventricular pressure were monitored continuously during |
