Zusammenfassung: | Since the 1950s, there were many research reports about turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) strain differentiation at home and abroad. But most of their identified isolates were from local areas, and the strain classification was based mainly on biological properties.5739 TuMV isolates from 7982 virus samples of cruciferous vegetables were collected from ten cities and provinces in China. Nineteen major isolates of them were classified into seven strain groups by new hosts. To test and verify the accuracy of the result and improve the level of distinguishing strains, serological relations among the 7 strains were compared |
