Paget＇s disease of bone is a deforming bone disease （osteitis deformans） characterized by increased bone remodeling, bone hypertrophy, and abnormal bone structure, leading to bone expansion, deformities, easy fractures, and occasionally, neoplastic transformation. It is the second most common bone disorder after osteoporosis. The disease is relatively rare in Asia but is common in Europe and North America, affecting approximately 2% of the population over 50 years,
