The article aims to highlight a number of theoretical and practical issues regarding the dissolution and liquidation of companies. The reason for choosing this theme is the fact that liquidation and dissolution operations are a topical issue. The liquidation is preceded by the dissolution of the company. In case of dissolution, the quality of legal entity of the company is maintained only for a certain period, in view of liquidation, while the liquidation marks the final disappearance of the legal entity.
