Zusammenfassung:The article is dedicated to the editorial appearances of major importance for national musical and cultural patrimony — the 5 Volumes of the Folklore Archive Registers of the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts, published within the institutional project „The musical heritage from the Republic of Moldova (folklore and compositional creation): actualization, systematization, digitization (2015–2019)”, that was developed at the AMTFA. The authors presented data form the history of the archive, the premises and the framework in which the registers were elaborated and revealed the structure and the most important data they contain. They presented the completed grid models of the register and the tables indicating the localities and the number of melodies edited in each volume. The scientific, methodic and practical value of these publications was also highlighted and it was concluded that the Registers of the Folklore Archive of the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts represent not only the elaboration of a database of the musical folklore heritage, but also, a contribution to the scientific and didactic valorization process of archive materials.
