Zusammenfassung: | Companies are beginning to realize how important it is to invest in human resources and they are trying to take as many initiatives as possible in order to motivate and retain them in the company. The concept of sabbatical leave appeared recently on the Romanian market when some companies began to realize that a simple annual leave is no longer enough to prevent the feeling of exhaustion at work, a phenomenon observed more and more often in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to find out how popular is the concept of sabbatical leave among human resources specialists in our country, but also what a sabbatical leave program looks like in the Romanian companies. |
