Securitatea Națională a României. Elemente definitorii privind cadrul conceptual

In the last decades, security, on a global level, as old threats disappeared, new challenges took their place. This situation determined a new perception of concepts such as defense and security, peace and conflict etc. As a consequence, on one hand, security gained a multidimensional character due to various factors, and on the other hand, the security environment itself needs an approach determined by old and new risks, dangers and threats. Also, security nowadays doesn’t solely represent the domain of armed forces, but the effective and effi cient cooperation between all components of the security district, on a national and international level, and in every domain of social life.
