Zusammenfassung: | The concept of development has been used to Express enrichment through economic indicators. However, it was observed that the improvements in economic indicators did not reflect to the general public in the following periods. However, it has been understood that this under standing does not reduce poverty, on the contrary, injustices regarding in come distribution increase poverty. The development policies and under standing of these developments since the late 1970s have focused on "human" and "environment". On the other hand, these arch forrights that started in the field of children's rights has brought the children to the focus of new development policies. In this research, what children in the way of Turkey's development policy and aims to determine to what extent taken into account. The data were collected from the qualitative research methods by document analysis method and interpreted by content analysis. The study is important in terms of questioning development policies in terms of child / child rights by establishing the relationship between development and child / child rights, which is not mentioned in the development literature. In their study results in child development policies in Turkey / child rights issues it has been shown to sufficiently take place. |
