Öğretmen Adaylarinin Atanamama Kaygilarinin Umutsuzluk Düzeyleri ile Cinsiyet ve Okul Türü Değişkenleri Açısından İncelenmesi

The purpose of this research is to examine the anxiety of pre-service teachers’ not to be appointed to teachership in terms of level of hopelessness, gender, school type. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive model. The participants of the research are 1381 females and 423 males pre-service teachers. The data of the research were collected through “Anxiety Of Pre-Service Teachers’ Not To Be Appointed To Teachership Scale” and “Beck Hopelessness Scale”. it was found that the fear of not to be appointed to teachership of female pre-service teachers was significantly higher than male pre-service teachers. It was concluded that the pre-service teachers studying at state university have higher score fears of not to be appointed to teachership and the anxiety of not being appointed is directly proportional to the level of hopelessness.
