KDY A JAKOU BUDE MÍT ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA PRÁVNÍ ÚPRAVU STÁTNÍ SLUŽBY?

The paper deals with the issue of legislation of public service in the Czech republic. The fact, that the Czech republic has not had valid law on public service yet, is not in accordance with Czech Constitution and has international impacts because it is one of the most important requirements of European Union towards the Czech republic. The article especially deals with problem whether the prepared legislation should be based on public law or private law. And in this context we can find valuable inspiration in legislations of various European countries.
