Zusammenfassung: | The author of this paper describes verbal and nonverbal social communication of a worker of the public administration. It examines where we can select communication among a worker of the public administration and citizens for effective, what principles and rules should policeman in communication with citizens to use and apply. Author highlights what type of communication should be a worker of the public administration (the policeman) select access to the citizen as to take the best and most appropriate for the situation, not least there is the question, what mistakes should policeman in the communication process avoided to prove effectively manage communication between both parties. |
