Нормативне та договірне регулювання нафтовидобувних правовідносин з іноземним елементом на теренах Східної Галичини другої половини ХІХ – початку ХХ століття

The article is devoted to the study of legal relations in oil-production with a foreign element in Eastern Galicia in the second half of the 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries through the prism of normative and contractual sources of their regulation. Attention is paid to both the general legal regime of the oil production business in the view of the acts of the Austrian Crown law, as well as to the local departmental legislation and agreements with the indication of the most common types of the latter, their characteristics, essential conditions, bases of the legal status of the parties, conditions of liability and its types.
