Kultura projektowa w procesie zarządzania projektami na uczelniach wyższych – wyniki badania

Nowadays the project management plays an increasingly important role in Polish universities. Universities see benefits from being the project–orientated organizations, use the project management approach to be able to compete and effectively develop. In project management, especially in multi–project environment, organizational culture project–oriented plays an important role, which affects the efficiency of the project management process. The purpose of this article is to present an organizational culture in project–oriented organizations and its role in the process of project management at universities.
