Wpływ wytycznych regulujących realizację projektów współfinansowanych z funduszy Unii Europejskiej na zarządzanie w ośrodkach pomocy społecznej

Implementation of EU projects by public organizations requires the introduction to the current management practices of specific adaptive changes resulting from the different guidelines concerning the realization of this group of projects. Therefore, it seems reasonable to identify these guidelines, which theoretically could contribute to improving the overall management of public organization, which was aimed as a goal of this study. In the text has been hypothesized that these guidelines are programming principleand methods and PCM methodology. The study was based on the documentation referring to the implementation of system projects by social welfare centers available on websites.
