Zusammenfassung:The New Code of Civil Procedure has brought a number of important amendments to the matter of garnishment validation , designed to increase the celerity of the foreclosure procedure and to clarify a number of possible situations, for which there is no uniform judicial view in practice and in the literature. This article aims to analyze the theoretical aspects regarding the interpretation of the new regulations and to consider some particular situations, through these normas, highlighting, where appropriate, by comparison with the previous regulation, the superiority of the new rules.
