Zusammenfassung: | In this article personal branding as the method of improving a state of a company on the 21st-century market was presented, taking the recruitment of employees as a priority. As the key element of the thesis,access to the Internet was selected, pointing out how much the way of relations between a business and the client has changed due to its use. For proving the thesis, the questionnaire survey has been designed and completed by a group of 50 people. The main purpose of the research was to find the key elements deciding about taking up a job offer and how important for a potential employee is the image of a company. |
