Every year the health sector consumes more and more money but increasing healthcare spending is not fully reflected in better quality and availability of healthcare services. The study focuses on showing the need for developing managerial skills in healthcare. It also points to the fact that continuing education should include psychological skills training which entails trainee’s active involvement in the educational process such as working with a coach or workshops.
