The skillfully conducted process of selection and recruitment of workers in the hotel and catering industry is particularly important, especially in the competitive rivalry. This study aim was to identify certain aspects of recruitment and selection on the hotel and catering enterprises with particular emphasis on the required documents, the number of stages and factors affecting the perception of the process of recruitment and selection of candidates. |
