The article presents solutions of the anti-terrorist system of the Republic of Poland in the field of reacting to terrorist events in sea areas and in the border area. The author analyzes the legal solutions in this respect and assesses them in this respect. He also presents proposals for the improvement of the Polish anti-terrorism system.
