Orientacja przedsiębiorcza a rozwój zdolności dynamicznych — ujęcie literaturowe

The aim of the study is to recognize if the entrepreneurial orientation contributes to the development of the dynamic capabilities. The considerations were formed into the two-parts structure. First, the conceptualization of the entrepreneurial orientation and the dynamic capabilities were presented, then the findings of the researchers on the implication of entrepreneurial orientation to the development of the dynamic capabilities were discussed. It was concluded that the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation and the dynamic capabilities is the result of organizational learning. In addition, the controversies appeared on the issue whether entrepreneurial orientation and dynamic capabilities are an inherent component of the organization regardless its size and age. The applied method was the scientific literature study.
