Zusammenfassung: | Culture of organization is a key aspect of public administration management. It fosters activities and innovation in public institutions and is subject to constant changes and transformations that often occur in turbulent conditions. Public organizations that build their strategy of actions on the basis of organizational culture principles, can count on more effective problems’ solving during their functioning. There is a large role of the management, which should have established coordinated and controlled activities for the organization’s culture. The appropriate selection and motivation of officials favour the mission, vision and goals of the public organization. |
