Editorial

Dear readers, here is the sixtieth issue of Signs of the time. As you can see, this issue is fully published in English. We have decided to do so with a view to present to a wider intellectual audience our Editorial Board members through their papers thus contributing to the Journal’s topicality. We will henceforth try to follow this practice in issues to come, and whenever that is not plausible we will bilingually (in English and native tongue) publish those papers that stand up both professionally and theoretically.
