Objective – The purpose of discussion is to define the concept and assess the possibility of implementing an integrated system of quality management and food safety in terms of the determinants of its successful implementation. Design/methodology/approach – Used method of analysis and logical construction. The problem of an integrated system of quality management and food safety, and its modeling was based on the critical literature of the subject and the authors’ own experience. Findings – The result of the study is to pro-innovative model of quality management and food safety into account comprehensively meet certain other international patterns, requirements to ensure the production and processing of food quality assured and safe to health. Originality/value – As the original value can be considered an original model of innovation-oriented quality management system and food safety.
