The standpoint, presented in the paper, polemicists with the Homeric interpretation of psyche, es-tablished in subject literature. The author analyses the question of validity when it comes to identifying psyche with the soul-breath or the life category, simultaneously referring to the texts of poems. She also wants to return to its elementary meaning which comes directly from Homer's mouth. |
