Zusammenfassung:In recent years, along with changes in health care services, health care has gained not only local nature but gobal one as well. Especially with the development of health tourism, it started to offer health care to patients from different cultures. Likewise, the service is provided to solo, but also very different cultures within the organization is working towards a common goal, to be with people, effectiveness, efficiency, coordination and communication, in order to ensure a good understanding of each other’s cultures employees, need to know about. Cultural intelligence is not intended only to whom the service were given. It is required to work and communicate effectively within the people from very different cultures within the organization towards a common goal. From this point of view, cultural intelligence that means the attitude, behaviors and concept that includes comprehension skills of people towards different cultures is the service, especially enterprises of all employees. That is possible to say that cultural intelligence is a must-have of global organisation. In the study, cultural intelligence scale is adapted to Turkish and applied to hospital staff. Socio-demographics dependents were statistically calculated. The hospital staff cultural intelligence levels were determined and the effectiveness on the demographic and occupational factors were put forward. For this purpose, 150 employees were included in the survey from the private hospitals described as A-class from the Ministry of Health according to the classification. In the analysis results, the level of cultural intelligence was 3,93 + (0,82). With the operating time of the institution and the profession, to some extent cultural intelligence is a negative weak relationship.
