Article is devoted to studying of level of the differentiation of social and economic development of areas of the Republic of Belarus.Purpose: The analysis of level of social and economic development of areas of the Republic of Belarus in the context of the main macro parameters, such as structure of the population and use of a manpower, real sector of economy in a section of areas, studying of interrelation of the real monetary income of the population and labor productivity in areas of Belarus, preparation of analytical conclusions.Methods – analytical, a comparison method, economic-mathematical.Results of work: The carried-out analysis of level of social and economic development of areas of Belarus allowed to reveal essential disproportions in a context of the main macro parameters, and studying of interrelations of the main indicators – to reveal«narrow» places and points of growth of development of regions.Conclusions: The constructive proposals providing neutralization of economic asymmetry of social and economic development of areas are developed.
