In this early piece of work the scholar and scientist Ioan Petru Culianu argues that the modern science’ place as an absolute modality of knowledge was held in the Renaissance by magic.
Magic was placed in the middle of the Renaissance thinking and the access to knowledge through magic acquired different forms and different goals. |
