Regardless of possible classification of the ideological systems as the autocratic and the democratic ones, each of those systems is trying to preserve the existing structure of the internal relattions and centers of power. In this context, the entire process of indoctrination in which even the alternative ideologies appear only as the element of the formalize democratic tendencies, is going on. Accordingly, the mass communication and mass media present a part of ideologiy, experiencing its climax through the pathological form of the planetary conformance. In order to achieve this, transcontinental global communication systems have already been put into function.
