The contribution deals with both categories of delictual environmental liability in the Czech law, it means with the criminal as well as with the administrative liability. It especially focuses on the last development in the domain of newly involved criminal liability of legal persons and its consequences for protection of the environment and its components. Other part is dedicated to the creation of the new registers of the imposed criminal and administrative penalties and their importance and ways of using. Supported are especially forms of comprehensive and integrative approach in solution of environmental delicts.
