Zusammenfassung: | This article concerns the problems of diagnostics of modern machines comprising gear drivers and drivers with antifriction bearings. The basics of diagnostics is wide range mechanical vibration monitoring methods and technique. Wide range vibration frequencies caused by machines and bearing elements is divided into four basic frequency intervals. It is important to understand how to measure, analyse and evaluate vibration intensity of machines. Together with diagnostics theoretical basics the experimental data acquired during testing planetary gear power transmission, belt drivers, rotors with roller bearings, etc. are introduced. The main recommendations including the methods and diagnostic equipment – computerized vibration signal analysers and transducers for practical diagnostics are introduced. |
