Zusammenfassung: | Ecological agriculture has emerged in Europe mainly as a result of the population’s distrust of alimentary safety measures, as well as following sickening caused by the consumption of noxious products. As market develops, various measures become necessary in order to satisfy a growing demand for ecological products at an European level (Romanian market included) both qualitatively and quantitatively. Our sociological research on ecological alimentary products took place in Iasi, Bacau and Piatra Neamt] in September 2005. The research designed by Terra Nostra Foundation and the Department of Sociology and Social Work, „Al. I. Cuza” University Iasi evaluated the population’s knowledge of and opinion regarding ecological alimentary products. |
