Zusammenfassung:One of the most important personality socialisation factors is contemporary groups, as it is an important task for a teenager to become a member of a group. The place a teenager will occupy in a group depends on his/her popularity. Hence a teenager's ability to adapt to difficult life changes in sociological, psychological and economical areas shows his/her quality of socialisation index. If a teenager lacks communication with other teenagers and if his/her relationship with other teenagers is poor, the teenager tends to abandon school and to step on a path of crime. The main obstacle in a teenager's socialisation is his/her repudiation from teenager groups because repudiation obstructs teenagers' contacts with most pro-social teenagers and for a repudiated teenager it becomes difficult to model positive interpersonal relationships. Successful socialisation among teenagers is the most significant factor in personality development. On the other hand, teenagers' inability to relate and to be accepted to a contemporary group becomes a reason for de-socialisation.
