AN ALGORITHM AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGEMENT AND EVALUATION OF INDIVIDUAL DISTANCE LEARNING

In the paper the results from the development of scientific projects and researches, based on notions and on the causal links between them are presented. The problems, concerning evaluation and management of individual distance learning are researched. A theoretical basis is formulated, an algorithm is developed and program system for planning the main course of education is created, for registering and evaluating deviations and forming the following stages of the individual learning process. The formalization is based on the theoretical- set graphs’ properties.
