Zusammenfassung: | In eLearning socialization is on forum and chat, but professional communication is held on assessment grids. For most institutions, reliance on these resource-intensive methods is difficult, if not impossible, in the context of today’s rapid expansion of student numbers and cuts in the unit of resource.
