Zusammenfassung:The aim of the study is to determine the role of ethical leadership in the impact of person-organization fit on prosocial voice behavior. The research was conducted with public and private sector employees operating in the province of Antalya. Statistical package programs (SPSS 22 and AMOS 24) were utilized for data analysis. The structural validity of measurement tools was tested through confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability was assessed using internal consistency coefficients. Descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, and structural equation modeling were employed to analyze the research data. Data collection involved the use of a survey method, and convenience sampling was chosen as the sampling method. The study found that person-organization fit positively and significantly influences the levels of ethical leadership and prosocial voice behavior. Additionally, ethical leadership was found to positively and significantly affect prosocial voice behavior. Furthermore, it was observed that ethical leadership plays a mediating role in the impact of person-organization fit on prosocial voice behavior. This study may contribute significantly by integrating these three variables into a research model that has not been previously addressed in the literature. Moreover, while Turkish literature generally focuses on concepts like “employee voice” and “voice behavior” emphasizing the concept of “prosocial voice behavior” in this study is believed to enhance its uniqueness and importance.
