Sinergija ir sinergetika lauko bei sistemos koncepcijose

The article analyzes the influence of synergy and the concept of synergetics on the development of the organization. It also points the place of synergetics among other science disciplines. By means of the field and system paradigms it is attempted to separate the concepts of synergy and synergetics. The method how to design an organization and pursue synergy by means of synergetic method is presented.
