Analiza disparităților regionale între municipiul București și județul Ilfov

This paper explores the economic, social and infrastructural disparities between Bucharest, Romania's capital, and Ilfov County, a neighboring region. The main aim is to identify and analyze the factors contributing to the existing regional gap, highlighting both the advantages and challenges of each area. The research methodology includes a comparative analysis of economic and social indicators such as GDP per capita,unemployment rate and access to essential services (education, health, transportation). Identifying and analyzing regional disparities between Bucharest and Ilfov can guide the development of more effective and better-targeted public policies. Politicians and public administrators can use this information to implement measures to reduce inequalities and stimulate the balanced development of both regions.
