Analiză comparativă a cheltuielilor agroalimentare între diferite grupuri sociale

This paper presents a comparative analysis of agri-food expenditures between different social groups at national level, using statistical data provided by the National Institute of Statistics. Expenditure on agri-food is a key component of each individual's budget and at the same time reflects the standard of living of the population and different social groups. Households may have different levels of expenditure on agri-food products depending on their income, background and occupation. The aim of the paper is to identify significant variations in the behavior of different social groups in Romania with respect to agri-food expenditure and the factors influencing these differences. This research has implications for understanding consumption behavior in a dynamic socio-economic context.
