Zusammenfassung: | Why benchmarking in Romanian military education system? Starting from this question and based on a documented analysis in the field, the author considers that benchmarking can be an instrument useful for enhancing performance within Romanian military education institutions compared to similar institutions in the country or abroad. One of the significant stages of this process is to measure and compare quality in education. Thus education providers are supported to find the strategies and courses of action that result in enhanced performance. According to the author, the two existing agencies in Romania responsible for quality assurance in education – ARACIS and ARACIP could work in this regard in the absence of other regulatory bodies in Romania. |
