In C.G. Jung’s view, the human person as a second creator is responsible not only for the continuous creation of the cosmos but also for God’s transformation and His continuous incarnation in the world. A new epoch, argues Jung, inaugurates a new, “spiritual” Church, which will replace the Old one, and our “responsible living” will become our form of prayer and church service.
