The article seeks to identify possible legal obstacles for companies participating in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) or using AI on the Czech market. The research primarily targeted organizations participating in the development of AI or using AI. The companies reflect the legal obstacles hindering AI development, but approach them pragmatically, and avoid creating services and products uncertain in terms of legal regulation.
