W.A. MOZART NO.3 MİB MAJÖR K. 447 KORNO KONÇERTOSUNUN YORUMLANMASI ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

In this study, the "Horn Concerto No.3 K.447 in Mib major" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, one of the leading composers of the Classical period, is analysed from a musical and performance point of view. No.3 K.447 Horn Concerto which is often included in horn training and is also a favourite work of horn soloists, can be seen as one of the basic building blocks of the horn repertoire with its stylistic features, formal and harmonic structure and aspects that show the sound colour of the horn instrument at a high level. The technical, formal and harmonic characteristics of the piece were determined using the method of musical analysis, and the results obtained from the literature review were interpreted. When the literature review for the study was conducted, it was found that there was no Turkish study on the subject and the parts of the concerto were reached, and then content analysis, which is a qualitative research method, was applied. The opinions and suggestions of the performers were included in the data obtained. As a result, it is predicted that in accordance with the data revealed in the research, the musical structure of the classical period, Mozart's musical understanding and characteristics, how to perform the "Horn Concerto in Mib Major No.3 K.447" in the performance of the work, how to think about how the work should be performed, and how to create a detailed resource that can provide a perspective for horn students and horn educators.
